Andrea Corr

Andrea Jane Corr MBE (born Andrea Jane Corr) is an actor, musician, and singer from Ireland. Corr debuted in 1990 as the lead singer of The Corrs, a Celtic folk rock and pop rock group The Corrs along with her three older siblings Caroline Sharon and Jim. Andrea Corr is an Irish singer musician songwriter and actor. She received an award called the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire award and is best known for being an integral part of the Celtic rock and pop group The Corrs. They also have a singer in The Corrs, and is able to play a range of instruments. Beginning her acting career in the year 1991, Andrea then became a talented musician and a stage performer. She performed as an accompanying singer in the 1998 Warner Bros. animated film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea is the owner of six studio albums under her name, along with two compilation albums, four live albums and one mix album. Additionally, Andrea has also received awards for her work in the field of humanitarian aid. Andrea as well as her partner who is a stockbroker have two kids. Andrea started music lessons at the age of eight, learning the tin flute. Gerry was her teacher at the time she started learning piano. Andrea plays the Ukulele. She spent her teenage years working on her musical techniques. The first time she began to practice was alongside her family members, and then became an eminent singer of the group. Andrea was a part of many shows in Dun Lughaidh Convent.
